After extensive market research, we have officially initiated the development of EyeCareDistributors’ digital storefront. Our goal is to optimize the website's content to achieve higher sales and connect with a broader audience. By utilizing tools like WordPress, Figma, and WooCommerce, along with integrations such as QuickBooks for in-house management, we are focused on creating a user-friendly e-commerce experience. We believe this project will set the stage for new levels of success in the future.

Product Designer, Misfit Reveries

Collaborated closely with Alicia Bohrer, the owner and curator of Misfit Reveries, to elevate her brand from local creative popup shop markets in Rochester, NY, to a thriving digital marketplace. Currently guiding the transition from physical to digital sales by encompassing product design, brand development, and e-commerce strategy. Together we are successfully transitioning Misfit Reveries from a local market presence to a digital storefront, significantly expanding reach and customer base. Through the process we are developing a strong online brand presence, resulting in increased brand recognition and sales.

The design incorporates solutions to streamline communication among staff, ensuring efficient service execution. Additionally, by leveraging AI and data filtering concepts, the application presents customized information for each customer. This allows for personalized service and accommodations for dining preferences or allergies, enhancing the overall dining experience.

We developed a friendly community-based game application that effectively disseminated information about events and designated waste bin locations around campus. By creating a more accessible mobile product, we achieved a 80% increase in willingness to participate among initial interviewees. This accessible mobile product showed potential to boost participation in comparison to the original university website.
